Olivia Rodrigo has a new album and a refreshed appearance to match.
The vocalist is increasing her promotional activities for her upcoming album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, and is embracing a romantic feminine style as well. Rodrigo, who is performing double duties on SNL this weekend, joined the cast for dinner last night at Lattanzi in New York City, where she flaunted her hyper-feminine style.
Rodrigo was dressed in a sheer polka-dot midi dress complete with peasant sleeves and lace and ribbon accents. Beneath, she wore a black bra and high-waist briefs. To add a pop of color, she accessorized with maroon heels and a horizontal shoulder bag.
As the release of her latest album approaches, Rodrigo has taken on ultra-feminine dresses with a little edge. Earlier this month, she commemorated the release of the album’s lead single, “drop dead,” in a pink taffeta babydoll minidress with a tulle underskirt slightly visible. Despite wearing schoolgirl knee socks, Rodrigo’s Miu Miu Mary-Janes provided a more mature, sophisticated twist. The same can be said for her “drop dead” music video, where she strode through the corridors of Versailles in sleek Chloé separates.
