Bieberchella is now in the past, and Hailey Bieber has traded her festival attire for something a bit more elegant.
Last evening, the Rhode creator was one of many celebrities at the high-profile Time 100 Gala in New York City, accompanied on the red carpet by Dakota Johnson, Keke Palmer, and Jennie, among others.
For the event, Bieber chose a silver, see-through Calvin Klein Collection dress: the gown featured a balconette cup bodice and form-fitting silhouette, complemented by a lacy, purple floral pattern. Tailor-made, the dress draws inspiration from an archival Calvin Klein Collection spring/summer 1992 runway look. Both lingerie-inspired and a modest nod to the enduring naked dress trend, Bieber’s ensemble also paid homage to the iconic style of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. Bessette-Kennedy was a devoted Calvin Klein follower, employed as a prominent publicist and often wearing his designs. On the red carpet, she preferred minimalist and polished ensembles by Calvin as well as creations from Yohji Yamamoto, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Alexander McQueen. Presently, Hailey Bieber adheres to a comparable sleek and timeless fashion approach, consistently gravitating toward Saint Laurent or Gucci during the Tom Ford era for her red carpet appearances.
Bieber accentuated her outfit with more intricate jewelry, sporting dazzling Briony Raymond diamond earrings and a slender Audemars Piguet timepiece. For footwear, she selected a pair of light gray satin mules. Regarding her glamorous look, Bieber maintained her signature style: her recently transformed long hair was styled in a lengthy, tousled manner cascading down her back, with cheeks likely enhanced with Rhode’s Toasted Teddy blush. Her nails shifted from the colorful Coachella set, which was a cute nod to her spouse Justin, to a more understated and minimalist pinkish nude.
